Here is a basic recipe for cooking beef liver:
Ingredients:
1 lb beef liver
Salt and pepper
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp oil or butter
Instructions:
Rinse the liver and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut the liver into thin slices.
Season the liver slices with salt and pepper, then dust them with flour.
Heat oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
Once the skillet is hot, add the liver slices to the skillet.
Cook the liver for 2-3 minutes per side, or until browned and cooked through. Be careful not to overcook the liver, as it can become tough.
Serve the liver while hot.
Note: Beef liver is a rich source of nutrients, however it also contains high levels of Vitamin A and should not be consumed in large quantities.
